We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or report a damaged item.

Stickers & Patches
Our stickers and patches are built to stick around, so all sticker and patch sales are final.
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged.
If that happens:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery at ramsey@thc.com
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo of the damaged item(s)
Once we review it, we’ll take care of you with a refund or replacement if the claim is approved.
Apparel Returns
Didn’t quite fit? Changed your mind? No worries.
Unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
A few things to know:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Please contact mcliam@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible.
Email ramsey@thc.com within 30 days and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll review everything and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Stickers
- Patches
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’re looking for a different size or style, simply return your eligible apparel item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with any applicable tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, although your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
